Born in 1992 in Affoltern am Albis, Switzerland. Since 2011 Tobias Kubli has dedicated himself entirely to the moving image. He learned his cinematic craft through various jobs as a lighting technician and cameraman. Since 2013 he works as a freelance filmmaker and cameraman in Switzerland and abroad. His first feature film as a cinematographer, TRANQUILLO, was theatrically released in 2018.

Geboren 1992 in Affoltern am Albis, Schweiz. Seit 2011 hat er sich ganz dem bewegten Bild verschrieben. Durch diverse Jobs als Beleuchter und Kameramann erlernte er sein filmisches Handwerk. Seit 2013 arbeitet er als freischaffender Filmemacher und Kameramann im In- und Ausland. Sein erster Spielfilm als Kameramann, TRANQUILLO, kam 2018 in die Kinos.
