He was born in 1997 and grew up in Liechtenstein. After completing his apprenticeship as an automation technician, he attended the vocational baccalaureate school in Vaduz. This was followed by a preparatory course at the art school in Nendeln. Edgar studied film at the ZHdK (Zurich University of the Arts) from 2019 to 2024, specialising in screenwriting.

Edgar Gomes Ferreira ist 1997 in Liechtenstein geboren und aufgewachsen. Nach seiner Lehre als Automatiker besuchte er die Berufsmaturitätsschule in Vaduz. Es folgt ein Propädeutikum an der Kunstschule in Nendeln. An der ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste) studiert Edgar von 2019-24 Film mit einer Vertiefung im Praxisfeld Drehbuch.
