Un soir, la triste réalité d’Akio rencontre son monde intérieur, empli de précieux souvenirs. Il croise des personnages clés de sa vie et des paysages étrangement connus se déploient devant lui. Lorsque dans l’appartement, les frontières d’espace et de temps s’estompent, la paix qu’il ne parvenait pas à trouver est à portée de main.
