Né en 1947 à Vallorbe. 1967 CFC de photographe. 1967-69 Assistant réalisateur de Henry Brandt. 1669-70 Travaille comme chef opérateur. Dès 1971 chef opérateur, réalisateur et producteur indépendant. Depuis 1999 donne des cours à l'ECAL École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne).
Born in 1947 in Vallorbe. 1963-67 Apprenticeship in photography. 1967-69 Works as assistant director to Henry Brandt. 1969-70 Works as cameraman. Since 1971 works as independent cameraman, director and producer. Since 1999 teaches at the ECAL (École Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne).
