Raphaël Penasa

Born in 1979 in France. He studied at the Beaux-Arts, then entered the ESEC (École Supérieure d'Études Cinématographiques) in Paris. He became an assistant director and produced cinematics for video games. He also trained in screenwriting at the CEEA (Conservatoire européen d'écriture audiovisuelle). He previously headed up Fauns, a multi-award-winning VR and VFX studio. Before that, he worked in the video game industry for Ubisoft and for the French film industry (films, series, commercials). Over the past twenty years, he has directed, produced and written for all kinds of formats and media, from feature films to comic strips.
