Auf hoher See bricht auf einem Handelsschiff eine Meuterei aus. Der alte tyrannische Kapitän wird von seiner Crew in einen Sarg eingeschlossen und ins Meer geworfen. Danach scheint alles seinen gewohnten Gang zu nehmen, bis ein Jahr später der Geist des Kapitäns aus dem nassen Grab auftaucht und Rache nehmen will.
