Santiago Chacon Narvaez
Director
Born in 1991 in Colombia. Studied social communication and journalism at the Fundación Universitaria de Popayán, Colombia. In the following years, he participated in two short films as first camera assistant. In 2018, he left Colombia for France. 2020 MA in Cinema from ECAL/HEAD (École Cantonale d’Art de Lausanne). Participated in the documentary project OUMAR, shot in Senegal and directed the short film LES TEMPS DU RÊVE, for the Opal Foundation in Switzerland.
