Born in 1957 in Kirchberg, Switzerland. He spent his apprenticeship years on the film sets of Fredy M. Murer, Rolf Lyssy and Hans W. Geissendörfer. As a freelancer for NZZ Format, he made over eighty TV documentaries between 1993 and 2019. In 2016, he made the cinema documentary THE BUGATTIS. A FAMILY AFFAIR AND A ONE-MAN-SHOW. His latest film LISE SCHLATT. NEULAND MUNDARTROCK is about the era of awakening in the Swiss rock and pop scene of the 1970s and its pioneers.
