Born in 1988 in Cahors, France. Jules Carrin graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor in Cinema from HEAD-Genève (Haute école d'art et de design). His bachelor film FIRST LOVE (2017) premiered at the Internationale Kurzfilmtage Winterthur, where it was awarded with the Cinematography Award, and was selected for the Berlinale Generation 14+ as well as for the San Sebastian International Film Festival in the Nest Film Students section.
