Claude Champion
Screenwriter, Director, Producer
Claude Champion was born in Bern in 1942 and trained as a typographer and publisher's layout artist. In the 1970s, he joined the emerging movement of independent film in French-speaking Switzerland and made several films in which fiction and documentary came together, in particular the historical film LE GÉNÉRAL GUISAN ET SON TEMPS (1995). Between 1995 and 2004, he also taught film at ECAL.
