Peter Entell

Born in 1952 in New York, USA. Joint Swiss and American citizenship. Peter Entell has worked in Europe, Africa and Asia on social, political and environmental projects. He is especially known for A HOME FAR AWAY (2012), SHAKE THE DEVIL OFF (2007) and ROLLING (1997), which were selected for numerous international festivals such as IDFA and the Locarno Film Festival. His documentaries LIKE DEW IN THE SUN (2016) and SISTERS (2018) were screened in competition at Visions du Réel Nyon and IDFA. He was awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship.
