Viya a fui sa maison après le décès de son père, elle trace sa propre route. Sur son chemin elle croise Mukanya, un chauffeur de taxi de nuit, qui rêve de quitter le pays, Christine, chef de service à la maternité de Kintambo et Kenny, un écolier qui tente de sauver la réputation de son père impliqué dans un scandale de sexe tape.
