Un père, une vision utopique et un voyage vers l’incertitude: Kaleo La Belle revisite le thème de la paternité dans ce film intimiste lorsque sa famille recomposée et lui embarquent pour traverser l’Atlantique. Quittant la Suisse, Kaleo, sa nouvelle partenaire, son ex-femme et ses trois enfants déménagent à Portland, Oregon, en quête d’un nouveau départ sous le même toit. Lorsque se révèlent les tensions et les fragilités, un nouveau concept de famille émerge, un concept qu’ils pensaient impossible.
