Franck (26) est un jeune photographe qui vit chez sa copine Mathilde (26) avec Samuel (22) son petit frère qui squatte le canapé. Sa passion pour la photographie commence à s’essouffler et Franck remet en question le sens de sa vie. Il a de la peine à connecter avec son meilleur ami Raphaël et se compare systématiquement à Constance un ancien camarade également photographe qui a pris un chemin professionnel différent. Un nouveau projet se présente alors à Franck.
