un infirme sur un cabriolet automobile se déplace dans un pasysage désolé. Il croise uns suite d'hybrides en vol, en marche, ou rampants quiattisent sa jalousie. Il finira par avaler des ballons hommes/chiens pour s'envoler et quitter sa prison mobile.
