Stéphanie Blanchoud, who is Swiss-Belgian, graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in 2003. She then performed in many Belgian theatres. She gained recognition as a young actress and author with "Dans tes Bras" in 2006, which received the Georges Vaxelaire Prize for French Language and Literature in Belgium. She directed "Jackson Bay" in January 2017 at the Théâtre du Loup in Geneva. In 2017, she was nominated for the Belgian Theatre Awards with her one-woman show "Je suis un poids plume", a punchy show based on the theme of boxing, which she toured with for almost two years.
In the cinema, she was nominated for Best Newcomer in 2011 at the Magritte du Cinéma Belge for her role in Bernard Bellefroid's LA RÉGATE. She has also acted for Laurent Larivière, Lionel Baier... She became known to the public in Belgium thanks to the series ENNEMI PUBLIC, in which she plays the main role, a Belgian series produced by RTBF and Entre Chien et Loup.
Music is another part of her creation. After the album "Insomnies" written in collaboration with Jean François Assy, released in 2009, followed by "Les Beaux Jours" directed by Marcello Giuliani (Sophie Hunger, Etienne Daho...) released in 2015.
