Born in 1971 in Besançon, France. Joint Swiss and French citizenship. 1990-94 Studies cinema and television production at IAD (Institut des Arts de Diffusion) Louvain-la-Neuve. She is best known for her films HOME (2008), which premiered at Festival de Cannes - Semaine de la Critique and SISTER (2012), which was awarded with the Silver Bear - Special Award at the 62nd Berlinale. Both films received three Swiss Film Awards including Best Fiction Film, were Switzerland's entry for the Academy Awards and were selected for numerous prestigious international film festivals. Among her lastest film SHOCK WAVES (2018) that premiered in the Berlinale Panorama section of the festival.
