Born in 1977 in Berne, Switzerland. As the first voice on the youth radio station “Virus”, he had his national radio debut in 1999. Later he presented the Official Swiss Hit Parade and later the music cult programme Sounds on SRF Radio. Simultaneously he studied film at the ZHdK (Zürcher Hochschule der Künste) graduating in 2006. He has a Master in Cinema from ECAL (École cantonale d'art de Lausanne). The short film entitled VANDALS (2008) was his Master's thesis and screened at several international film festivals, including Clermont-Ferrand. His work in advertising includes TV campaigns for Swiss Meat, Bio-Suisse as well as Swiss Life. His feature-length film debut HOW I LEARNED TO FLY (2023), starring Method Man, Cedric the Entertainer and Marcus Scribner, is set to be released in the USA at the end of 2023. He lives and works in Los Angeles and commutes to Europe several times a year.
