After completing a degree in cinema at the University of Jussieu, Sarah Anderson joined the editing department of the Fémis. After graduating, she edited a number of short films, including DES ABGES by Julien Leloup, which won the Grand Prix in Clermont Ferrand, and L'ESCALIER by Frédéric Mermoud, which won the Grand Prix in Pantin. She went on to edit not only feature-length fiction films, including COMPLICES by Frédéric Mermoud and UN JUIF POUR L'EXEMPLE by Jacob Berger, but also the documentary SUR LE CHEMIN DE L'ÉCOLE by Pascal Plisson, which won a César for best documentary. She also edits a number of series, including ENGRENAGES, BARON NOIR and VERSAILLES for Canal +.
