Johnathan Watts

Né 1961. Il exerce son métier de photographe au Musée d'ethnographie de Genève depuis 1993. Ses photos consacrées aux collections du Musée d'ethnographie ont été publiées dans différents ouvrages dont SARIS DE L'INDE (1996), THEATRES D'ORIENT (1997), LE MONDE ET SON DOUBLE (2000), BHARATANATYAM (2002). De 1998 à 2001, il a participé à différentes missions au Kerala (Inde du Sud) avec Laurent Aubert, ethnomusicologue, réalisant des photos reportages et tournant en numérique les images du film LES DIEUX NE MEURENT JAMAIS, un film de L. Aubert, R. Gopalan Nair, P. Plattner et J. Watts.
