Born in 1963 in Basel. Studied Art History, German Literature and History. Receives Culture Management diploma from the University Basel. Works as journalist. Since 2003 director of Biel Fototage Festival. Since 2006 responsible for photography at the cultural magazine “du”. Since 2007 Director of Haus für Kunst Uri.
