Grazia Tricarico
Director, Screenwriter
Born in 1986 in Apulia, Southern Italy. She graduated in Milan in Literature and Philosophy with a qualification in History and Criticism of Cinema. After a career as a video artist and editor, in 2013 she graduated in directing from Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia in Rome. She has written and directed among others the documentary MICHELE NELLA TERRA (2012), the short Sci-fi BIOS (2013) and the short films MONA BLONDE (2014), PERSEFONE (2014), EGO DEVOREM (2016). Her short films have been selected and awarded in several international festivals including Toronto, Clermont-Ferrand, Locarno and Venice, among others. Her first feature film BODY ODYSSEY is finalist at the Premio Solinas 2017 as best treatment, the screenplay won the Solinas Award for the original feminine universe, the Claudia Sbarigia Award.
