She is a sociologist of the body and sport at the University of Lausanne. She works on representations of the body and the social management of differences. Involved in the visual arts, she has worked as a photographer and painter, and since 2006 she has been making short films in connection with her sociological research. TARAVA TAHITI! (2019) codirected by Daniel Denis was her first medium-length film. INEXCLUSIO. A STORY, IMAGES, FACES (2023) is her debut feature film.
