Ein Paar lebt zurückgezogen in einem grossen Haus. Der Mann hat ein merkwürdiges Leiden: Sein Körper ist mit Wunden übersät, und seine Haut löst sich ab. Trotz Ekelgefühlen versucht seine Frau mit allen Mitteln, das Fortschreiten der Krankheit zu verhindern.
Una coppia vive ritirata, in una grande casa. L'uomo soffre di uno strano male: il suo corpo è coperto di piaghe e la pelle si stacca, poco a poco. Malgrado il disgusto, la moglie cerca in tutti i modi di bloccare la progressione della malattia.
