Eine junge Frau begibt sich nach Rumänien und schreibt ihrer Mutter aus einem Land, das sie wegen ihres tunesischen Passes an der Grenze abgewiesen hat. Auf ihrer Reise von Bukarest nach Siebenbürgen sieht sie sich mit einem Land konfrontiert, das sie seltsamerweise auf genau das zurückwirft, wovor sie fliehen wollte.
