Dank einem Maler, der ihn portraitiert, wird ein alter Mann wieder jung. Er reist von Bild zu Bild auf den Spuren einer Unbekannten in Rot, die er schliesslich wiederfindet.
Grazie al pittore che gli fà il ritratto, un vecchio uomo ritrova la giovinezza e viaggia da un quadro all'altro, incontrando una sconosciuta in rosso che finirà per ritrovare.
