Der Gletscher stirbt. In tausendjähriger Agonie soll eine Welt verschwinden, die Tropfen um Tropfen eine neue Welt entstehen lässt. Der Fotograf Ely Riva, der seit Jahren die Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Natur dokumentiert, erkundet diese neue Welt, die der Gletscher als Künstler erschaffen hat.

Il ghiacciaio muore. Un'agonia millenaria destinata a far scomparire un mondo che con il lento gocciolare ne crea un altro. Il fotografo Ely Riva, che da anni documenta il rapporto uomo-natura, parte per un viaggio solitario alla scoperta di quel nuovo mondo creato da un artigiano glaciale.
